At an early age Clachar's love for the kitchen and passion for food decorating was evident. At age 17 she began to work as a Producer of T.V. Commercials, as well as Art Director. Since then she has been involved with mounted presentations, settings, color mixing, handling lighting and textures, thus gaining the experience necessary to later excel in having what people call in her field "a clinical eye from the camera's point of view."

 

She worked in audiovisual production for 5 years, taking on great challenges that would take her to run as a leading stylist at home and abroad. Clachar made a shift when clients, agencies and production companies booked her specifically for food styling jobs. Consequently she travels to Los Angeles, California, for proper training as a food stylist. "I love a challenge, and I am constantly striving to achieve perfect food compositions without loosing its natural look; I am very passionate about my job."
